WHAT

Unilabs performs laboratory diagnostics and analyzes samples from both outpatient and inpatient care throughout the Stockholm area, Sörmland, and Västra Götaland, as well as from other parts of the country.

We are currently seeking a specialist physician in clinical microbiology. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to high-quality diagnostics, create efficient work processes, and provide first-class customer service. You will work broadly in various areas and with different methods within clinical microbiology while deepening your understanding of diverse issues.

As a specialist physician, you will be part of a regional team where different professions work together, and also in a cross-regional physician group consisting of 8 doctors and residents. Responsibilities are divided within the physician group based on knowledge, interest, and operations. This way of working leads to extensive support from various competencies even remotely, and you share your knowledge with others – colleagues, employees, or customers – in a pedagogical manner.

WHO

At Unilabs, personality and attitude weigh as heavily as experience and competence. We are looking for someone who is curious and has a personal drive to develop our diagnostic services. You also have an interest in developing as a specialist physician and thrive in the medical consulting role and in meeting with customers. You are communicative with excellent collaboration skills both internally and externally. Furthermore, you are receptive and open to thinking innovatively and are passionate about working on continuous improvements that positively contribute to both the patient, our customers, and our own operations.

For this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Is a specialist physician in Clinical Microbiology
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
